As a  veteran living with PTSD, I  find peace in my mind when working with the arts, be it painting, writing or music,  MVCA has given me renewed belief in myself. Although it might seem to the people around me, that I am fine and coping, inside I struggle to stay alive.

I wrote the words to this song 2 years back with the encouragement of Suzie, and at just the right moment I received a short text with this Song.

Thank you so much for lifting me out of a very dark place.

Suzie testimony

When I hear a song completed and it comes together just as we envisioned it is a wonderful feeling. I’m over the moon with this new release.

In the summer of 2019, I was training at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London on a songwriting course when the lyrics to this song was created. Every day I worked on this lyric with some amazing and professional tutors from the UK to Nashville. With Peters words, this fantastic song has been created, and I’m so proud to have been a part of this project.
