Military Veterans Creative Art was set up as a C.I.C 12229585 in September 2019 by Suzie Stanford.
However, the Military Veterans Creative Arts was not born overnight. It had taken at least five years in the making to build solid foundations and evidence-backed proof of the effectiveness of Suzie’s concept.
Mission Statement.
Our mission is to provide help and support for our Armed Forces Veterans suffering from mental health and other service-related conditions. We aim to support them along with their families through the power of music, media, and artistic expression.
We will provide help and support to the vulnerable and socially isolated, whose lives would benefit from the tranquillity of exploring their creative dreams and being artists within their chosen media. By offering group workshops, retreats, and specialized courses where possible, we hope that there will be something for everyone!
By joining one of our programs, their lives will immediately benefit from finding some tranquillity in their creative dreams and the encouragement to become full-fledged artists within their chosen media.
The idea behind the MVCA is simple: we will find the appropriate support to guide you over a minimum period of six weeks, where you will work on creating a finished piece or pieces. This could be a song that starts from an idea and becomes a fully produced single. It could also be a set of poems or a piece of art or craft.

Thank you for your time and attention,
